Bellspharmacy will keep you updated via email
as soon as your order has been shipped. This notification will aid
you greatly in the estimation of the duration, which your parcel
may arrive. In the event, where the delivery is beyond the stipulated
time or believed to be lost, it is advisable for you to contact
us immediately via email at shipment@Bellspharmacy.com
with your contact number and order reference detail indicated clearly.
We will reply with the tracking reference number of the shipment
and will systematically guide you through on how you could actually
track your shipment’s status. In the event, where the courier
is not able to locate your shipment’s whereabouts and give
you an expected delivery date, the delivery guaranteed by the bellspharmacy
will set in and take effect. Bellspharmacy will spontaneously carried
out an investigation on this case as well as contacting you or resend
the package again without any additional charges. Otherwise, in
some case, we shall refund you with the paid purchase amount depends
upon shipping method you have selected.

| Notifications |
A total of two notifications will be sent
out to you. The first will be sent by payment processor –
GSPay to acknowledge the receipt of your purchase application. Bellspharmacy
will send the second and the last notification to you to acknowledge
the receipt of your purchase order together with a copy of a detailed
purchase invoice.
In any case, when you do not received any of these notices, it shall
be deemed on your part that the order(s) were not registered with
our system and shipment will not be processed. It will take up to
maximum of 2 - 3 working days after your receipt of the notification
of credit approval, for you to receive another notification known
as the shipping notification which tells you that your order has
been processed and duly shipped and you can expect to receive the
item between 6 to 8 days latest. |

| When is the delivery date? |
Our payment processor known as GSPay will
notify you via email in less than 48 hours after your online confirmation
of your order and payment approval. This notification indicates
that you have fully paid for your purchase and the order has been
updated instantaneously into our system’s compilation of shipping
orders list and you can expect the delivery has been processed at
this point.
It will take up to maximum of 2 - 3 working days after your receipt
of the notification of credit approval, for you to receive another
notification known as the shipping notification which tells you
that your order has been processed and duly shipped and you can
expect to receive the item between 6 to 8 days latest. Our experience
is that our deliveries are usually ahead of the maximum given
period.

| How are shipments made? |
Bellspharmacy is situated overseas, which is why all shipments
are shipped to respective destination from a location overseas.
Reliable shipment companies that provide tracking services like
DHL, FedEx, TNT as well as UPS are engaged for delivering all
orders.
Note : - If the above shipment companies is not serving
at your place then we also provide service of register mail.
During the course of the shipment, tracking of the package is
possible with the availability of the tracking reference number
given by any of the mentioned companies. In the instance, where
you are unable to pick up your package on the stipulated date,
you can choose to leave a memo on your door to redirect the delivery
to someone else such as your neighbor, who is able to sign and
acknowledge the receipt of the item on your behalf.
In the event where no one is able to sign on your behalf, the
express courier service will leave a memo indicating the shipment
reference number as well as contact number for later arrangement
of delivery.
Please note that we do make delivery
to Post office box.

| What can or should I do when my shipment
is late? |
| If for any reason your order fails to arrive
within 6 to 8 days of estimated time or it is unable to locate your
shipment, you should notify the pharmacy about this at the earliest..
In some unforeseen circumstances, you order failed to arrive with
the stipulated 6 to 8 days period or you have difficulties locating
your shipment, you are advised to contact us immediately as shipment@bellspharmacy.com.

We assure you that we will try our best to
reply to you with the couriers tracking reference number of the
shipment as well as facilitating you thoroughly on how to check
your shipment’s status and locations. If for some reason,
the tracking of the package was to no avail, we will process a proper
refund of the amount that was paid by you, or a replacement package
will be shipped to you immediately. |
